I just talked to my old squad leader I mentioned 2 posts ago on the phone. He was shot in the head, shoulder and leg, and is blind in his left eye. He just underwent surgery at Walter Reed to help him regain more range of motion in his arm. Hell of a leader. Now I'm almost sorry for all the crap I gave him when I was a Specialist in Italy. Still my favorite time in the Army. He's a hell of a guy.
